Facebook Small Business Grants Program
Businesses in the greater Boston area may now apply for $2,500 in a cash grants with $1,500 in advertising credit from Facebook. Eligibility includes being a for-profit company with between 2 and 50 employees in operation for over a year in the Greater Boston area.
LISC’s Rapid Relief & Recovery Fund Small Business Grant
With funding from Verizon and Sam’s Club, LISC is provide grants to small businesses facing immediate financial pressure because of Covid-19. Small Business Relief Grants, which are part of LISC’s Rapid Relief & Recovery Fund programs, are being offered to help business with immediate financial impact due to the pandemic.Priority will be given to minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses. All awardees will have to certify that they are promoting the best interests of the community and are negatively impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. Nonprofit organizations are ineligible for this application. Applications must be submitted by Tuesday, April 28th.
Kiva is an international nonprofit with a mission to expand financial access to help underserved communities thrive through zero percent interest loans. Amid the crisis, they are offering expanded eligibility, increased loan amounts up to $15,000 and expanded grace periods for of up to six months for new borrowers.
The Boston Foundation COVID-19 Response Fund
The Boston Foundation is awarding one-time operating grants to non-profits. Hosted by the Boston Foundation, The COVID-19 Response Fund awards one-time operating grants on a rolling basis to non-profits whose operations in support of seniors, communities of color, immigrants and other vulnerable populations have been stressed by the outbreak. The Fund is designed to be adaptable in its goals and focus, which will evolve as community members and nonprofits share their needs.
