The Stoneham Chamber, Stoneham TV and the Stoneham Rec Department are excited to offered a re-imagined, socially distant Halloween Stroll complete with trunk-or-treating*, window painting, virtual costume contests and more! Below are ways your business can be a part of this popular event.
Become an event sponsor
Gold Sponsor … $350 ($425 non-Member)
Your business will be listed as offering the event in partnership with the Chamber in printed materials, press releases and on social media. You will also be recognized in signage at the event and be given space for an ad, coupon or promotion in the event program.
Corporate Sponsor … $275 (325 non-member)
Inclusion of your logo on all printed materials, and recognition in print and social media, as well as signage at the event and space for an ad, coupon or promotion in the event program..
Business Sponsor … $150 ($175 non-Member)
Your business will be recognized in print and social media and be given a space for an ad, coupon or promotion in the event program.
Put an Ad or insert in the program … $50
Include a promotion or insert in the program distributed at the event to all attendees.
Donate a Gift Card/Prize for Costume Contest
Donate an item or gift card valued at around $25 to be awarded to young people who win the virtual costume contest or the window decorating contact.
Other Ways to Show Your Support
Allow a Halloween Scene on your Window
The chamber will provide washable paint and instructions for young people to paint a Halloween scene on the outside of your window.
Be a Trunk-or-Treat Vendor*
Reserve your parking spot to distribute candy and/or goodies to kids on Central Street. Space will be very limited, distribution of goodies must be contact-less and reservations will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

*Please note: The in person trunk-or-treating portion of the event will be reservation only and take place on Central Street (not in stores) and adhere to the guidelines from Governor Baker regarding public gatherings and Halloween. This portion of the event will be cancelled if any changes occur in the town’s Covid infection rates.
