Industry-specific guidence for reopening Massachusetts businesses is being created by Governor Baker’s Reopening Advisory Board and will be added as soon as it is issued. Broadly, the Mandatory Safety Standards for Workplaces has been issued and apply to all workplaces in Phase 1.
The American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) has issued industry-specific guidance for both businesses and consumers to safely re-open and re-engage as they emerge from the COVID-19 quarantines. In all cases, state and local guidance superceded this guidance.
