This morning, the Town of Stoneham issued permitting documents for businesses that would like to offer outdoor seating, as well as offer sidewalk signage.
The documents included below will assist restaurants in making application to provide outdoor table service as part of Phase II of the Commonwealth’s phased re-opening. Please submit your completed application and all required documents to dkilbride@stoneham-ma.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. on June 11, 2020, to qualify for approval by the Select Board on June 12, 2020. Thereafter, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Please note that while you may prepare for your re-opening, you may not open your outdoor table service to the public until such time as your application is approved by the Select Board and all proper permitting is in place. Depending upon your re-opening plan, you may also be required to execute a temporary license for the use of sidewalk space and/or an application to erect a sign. Those applications are also included here as well. If you require more information, please feel free to contact Dava Kilbride at (781)279-2689.
