SUMMER CONCERT SERIES 2025 PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT

Thank you for performing with us this summer! Below is some information about the Concert Series. Please read and complete the form fields below to finalize the agreement for your upcoming Summer Concert Series performance.
TIME OF ENGAGEMENT: 7:00pm to 8:45pm (or dusk)
SET TIMES: Two 45-minute sets
VENUE: Stoneham Town Common Gazebo
ADDRESS: 340 Main Street, Stoneham
There is ample street parking, band may double park and unload along the gazebo on Church Street off of Central Street. There is space available across the street at 335 Main Street to use before the concert and between sets that has a kitchen, restrooms, etc.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: The band will be notified by noon on the performance date if the concert is cancelled due to inclement weather. The band may either reschedule or forfeit the band performance fee. The band will be paid in full if the performance is cancelled after noon or stopped before finished due to weather.

SOUND/EQUIPMENT: The Stoneham Chamber of Commerce agrees to furnish, at its own expense, a suitable venue for the presentation of said concert, not to include chairs, generators, or other equipment. It is understood and agreed to by both parties that the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce will not provide hospitality for band and/or crewmembers. Summer Concerts follow the Stoneham Farmers Market, and we ask that any sound check not interfere with the performers at that event.
