Become an Exhibitor
Join the Stoneham Chamber, in partnership with the Arlington, Lexington, Malden, Melrose, Waltham and Winchester Chambers of Commerce on March 20 for a live virtual health and wellness event. If your business is focused on mental health, physical wellness, fitness, healthy lifestyle choices, stress management, physical therapy, coaching, or financial/ retirement health, this is a great opportunity to showcase what you do and reach hundreds of attendees across the region.
This live virtual event will be an interactive webpage where customers can browse participating exhibitors, and click to enter their live booths and interact with the exhibitors face-to-face through chat rooms (no downloads required). Below is more information about the event.
What is a live virtual event?
A live virtual event connects vendors with customers in a face to face interaction. The vendor’s booth is set up at their home and customers have the opportunity to click through to a live chat with the vendor. This is all done from a single event webpage.
How do I sign up?
Register with the Stoneham Chamber here first. The second step of the sign up process is to set up your virtual booth through BoothCentral here. The information you include on your BoothCentral application will auto populate to the event webpage and we will work with you in the weeks leading up to the event to maximize your virtual space. What will it look like?
The “front” of your booth will be a group of images (video is possible) that you will submit when you register for the event. As the customers scroll through the exhibitors, they will see your pictures, a description of your product and a button to click through to your website.
I’m not “techy”, am I going to be able to figure this out?
We think it’s simple enough that anyone will be able to figure it out:
Step 1: Log in to the event webpage.
Step 2: Click the “Start Video Chat” button.
Step 3: Get ready to meet your customers!
Do I need to download anything?
No. Nothing needs to be downloaded by the vendor or the customer.
