Jennifer Gray has spent the past 12 years serving as a financial planner for individuals, families and small businesses. The Nolan Group (pictured right) is an all female team of hard working, talented, moms. As Jennifer describes it, “We obsess over culture because we believe it helps attract amazing employees who are truly dedicated to our team’s outstanding client service model. Our culture is a passionate, fun, spunky, positive, and organized group of women.”
What do you enjoy most about being a financial planner?
I enjoy being a part of my clients major life milestones. We go through so much together that I feel like I am a part of my client’s lives.
Where are you originally from and how did you end up in Stoneham?
I grew up in Ohio and moved to Boston for college. Years later when my husband and I were looking to move out of the city and find a place to raise our children, we found Stoneham. What a hidden gem! I love being involved in our little community with family activities as well as finding ways my small business can give back to the town I live in.
What is unique about The Nolan Group?

What do you like most about owning your own business?
I love that we hold regular strategic team meetings and hold each other accountable to the entrepreneurial mindsets and behaviors we need to dedicate to our unique culture because everything that happens “Front Stage” for our clients must be supported by excellent “Back Stage” teamwork.
