RJOC will field survey and prepare a stamped plot plan for your residential property.
Plan will be suitable for
- planning for building expansions
- adding sheds, fences or pools
- identifying potential boundary issues with your neighbors
The provided plan will show boundary lines per the record deed dimensions along with existing buildings, parking areas, fences and walls that exist adjacent to property lines.
Adding other features to the plan (proposed additions, sheds, pools, etc.) and setting of lot corners can be done for a nominal additional charge.
