Each year, the Stoneham Chamber offers several community events that are free and open to the public that are made possible through the generosity of the business community. The following sponsorship fee structure is offered for the following events: Health + Wellness Fair, Annual Chamber Golf Tournament, Summer Concert Series, Stoneham Town Day, Halloween Stroll, Annual Meeting + Member Breakfast, More Cheer Happens Here Campaign (Includes Tree Lighting on the Town Common, Holiday Parade, Trolley to Santa at Whip Hill). These events provide an excellent opportunity for businesses to gain visibility and showcase your commitment to the community.

The Health + Wellness Fair takes place the first Saturday in April and draws thousands of community members to connect with local businesses focused on mental health, physical wellness, fitness, healthy lifestyle choices, stress management, physical therapy, coaching, or financial/ retirement health.

For more than 30 years, the Chamber has offered a golf tournament to to our members and friends at Indian Ridge Country Club in early May. The Annual Golf Tournament offers networking, special contests, lunch, dinner and more. For each sponsorship level, there are corresponding opportunity (e.g. silver sponsors can select a contest on the course to apply their sponsorship to). A chamber staff member will reach out to tailor your sponsorship.

Since 2003, the Chamber has hosted the Summer Concert Series on the Stoneham Town Common Thursday evenings, from late June to early August. This is a great opportunity to promote your business and to also support free, family-oriented community programs.

Stoneham Town Day was established in 1984 by the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce to celebrate and showcase Stoneham and its business, recreation, artistic, cultural and non-profit communities. Each year, it continues to grow and has become the signature event for Stoneham with as many as 10,000 attendees annually.

Each year, the Stoneham Chamber hosts the Halloween Stroll. Offered in partnership with Stoneham TV and Stoneham Rec on the Saturday before Halloween, hundreds of families come to Stoneham Square to trick-or-treat and partake in activities on the Town Common.

Each November, the Chamber hosts an Annual Meeting & Member Breakfast to reflect on accomplishments of the past year, recognize our milestone members celebrating anniversaries and honor this year's award recipients. This has become the Chamber's signature member event and regularly attracts 250-300 guests each year.

The Chamber offers several holiday events and offers a season-long sponsorship. The Tree Lighting on the Town Common is held annually on the Sunday after Thanksgiving and brings together hundreds of families to celebrate the lighting of the town common for the holidays. The Stoneham Holiday Parade takes place on the second Saturday in December and includes floats, emergency vehicles, mascots and Santa traveling through town bring holiday cheer. Lastly, the Chamber offers a Trolley that is taken by more than 500 passengers annually from Stoneham Square to the Whip Hill Estate for craft making, hot chocolate and cookies on the third Saturday and Sunday of December.

The Chamber Newsletter is mailed to more than 750 businesses, offices, and households in Stoneham. Place a business card sized ad in the newsletter or a promotional flyer as an insert. Copies of the insert must be provided to the Chamber.

Each year, the Chamber commissions an artist to design banners for the Stoneham Square business district. Sponsor a banner with your name displayed on it. Banners are given to sponsors once they are taken down.
